I as an individual have experienced that "Fake News Media" puts a Monetary Value on Innacuracy of Individuals and Their Right to Privacy!

Not only that, but there is an act that says you are breaking the law if you are using it as an act of criticism against the government or defamation against any individual's rights to privacy or infringing upon their freedoms to act as an individual!!!

Illegal Acts (Such as Defamation) Against an Individual's Privacy or Freedoms Is Now Illegal and Noteworthy of Individual's Lawsuits against the Company who commits the act of up to $160,000+!!!

Citing My Individual Rights To Privacy & Freedom of Speech

Defamation is an act that is any type of false communication that injures the reputation of an individual.

Slander is defamation that appears in a transitory form such as speech.

Libel is published or broadcasted defamation.

The FCC created the Communications Act of 1934 which created the

*The Fairness Doctrine

*Ownership Limitations

The Spirit of Regulation the FTC and FCC Regulated false and misleading ads and this needs to happen again! 

The Media have gotten away with being unfair for far too long!!!
