Defamation is an act that is any type of false communication that injures the reputation of an individual.

Slander is defamation that appears in a transitory form such as speech.

Libel is published or broadcasted defamation.

The FCC created the Communications Act of 1934 which created the

*Equal Opportunity Rule

*The Fairness Doctrine

*Ownership Limitations

The Spirit of Regulation the FTC and FCC Regulated false and misleading ads and this needs to happen again! 

The Media have gotten away with being unfair for far too long!!!

Individual attack is an infringement of the free press to an individual's freedom of rights!

And must I say? Accuracy???????
